Welcome to Label X Stickers. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your purchase.

1. Orders & Approval

All sticker and label orders are custom-made based on the specifications you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure all artwork, design, and order details are accurate before final approval. Once approved and sent to print, we are unable to make changes or offer refunds for errors not caused by us.

2. Payment Terms

Full payment is required prior to production, pickup, or shipping.

We accept payments via direct bank transfer, credit/debit card. Work will not commence and orders will not be released until payment has been received and confirmed.

3. Pricing & GST

All prices on our website and quotes are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST unless otherwise stated. GST will be added at checkout.

4. Shipping

All shipping is charged at a flat rate of $12.00 + GST Australia-wide. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on delivery timeframes and responsibilities.

5. Turnaround Times

Standard production time is approximately 2–5 business days from approval and payment. This may vary depending on order volume, complexity, or peak periods. We'll notify you if any delays are expected.

6. Returns & Refunds

As all products are custom printed to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds or reprints will only be provided in cases of proven defect, damage during shipping, or production errors caused by Label X Stickers.

Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you believe there is an issue. We may request photos and/or the return of defective goods to process your claim.

7. Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, logos, or content for print, you confirm that you have the rights or necessary permissions to use such material. Label X Stickers will not be held responsible for unauthorised use of copyrighted materials supplied by clients.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we take great care in producing and delivering your order, Label X Stickers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

9. Amendments

Label X Stickers reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on this website.
